Business Intelligence Specialist

This position will collaborate across the organization and will be responsible for analyzing data and creating actionable insights. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives to drive strategy and insights to support the company's goals

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets from multiple internal sources to inform company strategy and planning
• Serve as a strategic partner in data, analytics, and insights for the whole organization
• Work with leaders across the organization to define and align on key metrics and reporting
• Utilizes strong analytical, problem solving, along with a data-driven approach to decision-making, to influence internal partners and processes
• Analyze large data sets using Excel, Tableau, SQL and other data analytics tools to automate data delivery and develop insights and recommendations
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reports

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field
• Proficient written and verbal English language skills
• 4+  years of work experience 
• Experience automating manual reporting processes using Python or R required
• Strong SQL knowledge and database management skills required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sisense a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
