What You'll Do

• Design, build and deploy BI Solutions
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI & MicroStrategy)
• Create tools to store data
• Conduct unit testing and quality test across BI development activities
• Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analysis
• Create Visualizations and reports for requested project
• Develop and update technical documentation
• Communicate Data collection Issues or Report Disruptions to Business Partners 
• Highly motivated self-starter, detail and quality oriented and able to work independently
• Follows all standards, policies and procedures
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills along with excellent research and problem solving skills
• BI development background and coding experience in Azure stack
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects with tight deadlines and aggressive goals.
• Ability to understand complex issues and clearly articulate complex ideas.

What You Know

• Should have 5+ years in developing reports and dashboards in MS Power BI and MicroStrategy. 
• Experience working with large datasets from a variety of systems and sources. 
• Experience with Reporting tools and ability to source data (SQL, scripts).

Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred; or equivalent practical experience
