Overview:
You will report to the Director of Revenue, rolling up under the Chief Accounting Officer and working hours will be 2:00pm IST - 11:00pm IST.
You'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing accounting practices. We prioritize automation and agility, driving efficiency in revenue reporting through collaborative use of cutting-edge tools and technologies. While Python and advanced analytics are part of our toolkit, our focus extends beyond any single language or platform.

You will:
- Support the execution and completion of the global monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting close processes for revenue
- Solve challenging data problems through in-depth analysis of various financial systems
- Participate in data requirement gathering, prepare BRDs and FRDs for the enhancements, data preparation, and devise proper data interpretation
- Apply cutting-edge data visualization techniques to reveal actionable insights to business users and develop dashboards to be used for the period close processes
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data collection and analysis efficiency
- Ensure data is maintained in our platform and all systems with the best quality, always considering automation and scalability of your solutions
- Evangelize our products and train others on Data Visualization and presentation techniques, enabling them to create dashboards and reports themselves
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue analysis and data analytics
- Apply statistical analysis to summarize data and forecast trends
You have:
- 5+ years of experience analyzing data and creating dashboards and reports (Looker / PowerBI / Tableau / Metabase)
- 2+ years of experience interpreting and writing advanced SQL
- 2+ years of experience in Python and good working knowledge of Pandas and Matplotlib
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Finance or another quantitative field
- Demonstrated ability to uncover insights and relationships across numerous datasets
- Ability to work closely with teammates in a highly collaborative environment and simultaneously be a self-starter with strong individual contributions
