Role description

The Business Intelligence Intern role provides an insight opportunity to anyone to understand operations and challenges of a Data Visualisation / Reporting Centre of Excellence (CoE) department in a multinational environment. The role is reporting into the Reporting CoE Director, with support and coaching by the allocated Lead BI Analyst.

 

Main responsibilities and key tasks

  • Support the Reporting CoE to manage internal performance reporting

  • Support the CoE Director to improve service performance

  • Assist to enable Power BI adoption across Trivium and improve user experience

  • Design and build Power BI dashboards for internal use

  • Documenting procedures or maintenance activities

Job requirements

  • Team player, positive, flexible, and creative 

  • proficiency in English

  • Pronounced quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pull together, organize, analyse large quantities of data and derive concise insights

  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced and dynamic test and learn environment

  • MS Office 365, especially Excel

  • Basic developer experience with Microsoft Power BI

  • Experience implementing Microsoft data solutions (SQL Server, Visual Studio, SSIS, SSAS) is a plus

  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus

  • Ongoing studies BA or MA in relevant fields (IT, Economics, Data Science, IT Engineering) 

  • minimum 25 hours / week availability
