Business/Data Analyst - Email Marketing Team

Job Description

Join a team of data analysts supporting diverse Wix products which cover email marketing, SEO, and other marketing tools. As a Data Analyst focused on email marketing, you will: 
 

• Analyze user interactions within our email marketing platform to maximize outreach and engagement

• Uncover and share insights that help refine user interaction and boost campaign effectiveness 

• Engage with product managers and data engineers, maintaining a focus on KPIs and fostering a data-driven culture

• Play a pivotal role in the strategic design and implementation of product enhancements

• Conduct and interpret A/B testing, developing automated dashboards to monitor and share key metrics

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a data, product, or web analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• At least 1+ year of practical experience in a relevant field

• Deep understanding of online business metrics, including funnel and cohort analysis

• Excellent strategic thinking, business judgment, and problem-solving capabilities

• Independent, proactive approach to initiating and driving projects

• Skilled in SQL and visualization tools like Tableau; knowledge of A/B testing and big data is a plus

Salary range is 3500 - 5500 Eur GROSS / month (Total package, including equity)
