Job purpose

  • Review existing reporting framework and develop reporting and methodology improvements (for each project at appropriate frequency) that are best in class for visualisation and insight; improvements that can be efficiently built to meet programme timelines and scale with business growth and evolution.
  • Learning Zone project reporting combining multiple analytic data outputs, solving complex data compilation problems, and building simple frameworks for visualisation to service >240 report requirements per year
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets versus evolving customer objectives.
  • Work closely with the client facing team to understand and maintain focus on the related project analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be working closely with our Clients Services team. Your communication skills will shine as you translate complex data stories into compelling client reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Support the client facing team with the delivery of project analytics to their client, including participating (as required) in client meetings where you will assist in communicating the meaning of report analytics and supporting client Q&A.
  • Proactively analysing data to answer key questions from stakeholders - or out of self-initiated curiosity - with an eye for what drives project performance, investigating, communicating, and driving areas for improvement
  • Create, maintain & deliver rich interactive visualisations through data interpretation and analysis integrating data components from multiple sources.


Requirements

  • Several years experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
  • Experience in client communication and presentation, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong SQL, Google Analytics, Excel experience
  • Strong Experience in Data Visualization Tools (preferable Tableau)
  • Familiarity with Data cleaning, Data preparing tools (Tableau Prep), ETL, Data warehouse (preferable Snowflake)
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Interests in developing own data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Strong orientation to working in teams.
  • High attention to detail.
