Job Description:
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM systems or other databases. This includes entering new leads, contacts, and sales activities, as well as ensuring data integrity.
  • Generating regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics and in-charge of automation reports for easier access when needed
  • Present management reports to internal stakeholders during Weekly Sales meetings and Mancom meetings, as needed
  • Documenting sales processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assisting in the management and maintenance of sales tools and software, such as CRM systems, sales automation tools, and reporting platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Management, Operations, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Economics preferred.
  • Has 3-5 years of relevant experience and willing to be immersed in a start-up environment; with experience in
  • business development, data analytics, corporate planning and sales planning or strategy
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge and skills using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); GSuite familiarity (Gsheets, Gdocs, Gslides, Gdrive, Gmail)
  • Experience with CRM tool is a plus
  • Experience using any analytical platform is a plus (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, etc.)
