About the Role:

Are you the next Qventoid? We’re looking for a creative and innovative Data Engineer to spearhead our efforts in developing AI assistants designed to empower, not replace, clinicians. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to leveraging our tech stack to build solutions that improve clinical workflows and patient care.

As a Data Engineer, you will:

  • Prototype and rapidly iterate on new features and applications using Python, SQL, Databricks, DBT, and AWS tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI technologies that support and enhance decision-making processes in clinical environments.

  • Engage in the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring robust and sustainable AI solutions.

  • Advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within the team, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.

  • Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.

  • Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.

  • Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality.

  • Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Database Developer, or similar role.

  • Expertise in Python, SQL, and familiarity with AWS tools, Databricks, and DBT.

  • Strong understanding of database structure systems and data mining.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

  • Outstanding problem solver.

It’s a Plus if You Have…

  • Experience with AI or ML projects, especially in healthcare or similar critical sectors.

  • Prior exposure to Agile development environments.

  • Familiarity with data science and machine learning techniques.
