Technical Solutions Manager, Generative AI

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Candidates will typically have 7 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering or technical consulting, and 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
  
• Typically 6 years of experience in ML with Deep Learning and developing NLP systems.
  
• Typically 6 years of experience defining/bringing to market production grade solutions with cloud computing technologies.
  
• Typically 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.
  
• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and GenAI.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in systems design.
  
• Linear programming knowledge or experience.
  
• Technical competency with a combination of customer-facing experience and strategy.
  
• Ability to architect and explain data pipelines, Machine Learning (ML) pipelines, and ML training and serving approaches.
  
• Coding skills (Python).

As a Generative AI Technical Solutions Manager, you will bring your experience and thought leadership to help drive the delivery of technical solutions and assets leveraging advanced technologies. You will develop new solution initiatives and the materials to support them with a broad cross-functional group of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, direction, and OKRs for Generative AI workstreams.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of technical solutions and assets, partnering closely with Solutions Architects and Program Management.
• Partner with leaders of other teams on strategic alignment (such as Product, Engineering, Global/Regional Solutions, Marketing, Specialists).
• Support high value customer engagements and partnerships.
• Educate customers, partners, and internal teams on Generative AI presenting at large-scale events.
