ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with ML, NLP and Conversational Analytics experience to join our growing team. As a key member of our Research & Health Equity department, you will play a crucial role in advancing our research and health equity efforts.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to data preparation, data analysis, research reports and/or manuscripts.
• Contribute to the Research team’s innovation in data analysis, envisioning novel approaches to conversational analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, software engineers, product managers, sales and marketing to support product and business efforts.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and patterns.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and Conversational AI, as well as Health Equity, and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our solutions.
• Serve as the touchpoint on data analysis efforts for the Research & Health Equity department, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully testing and analyzing machine learning models with a focus on NLP.
• Solid programming skills in languages like Python.
• Preferred experience developing applications with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Preferred experience with ClickHouse, Elastic, or similar OLAP/Analytical toolsets.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and natural language frameworks, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary:

This is a part-time/contract position. Salary is dependent on experience. Following our Equal Pay Commitment, we have salary banding and established vesting schedules for equity.
