Reporting&Data Specialist with German 

Role requirements:

• 1 or more years professional experience in the IT environment
• Advanced knowledge of Excel 
• German advanced (at least B2 level)
• Good self-organization and setting of priorities
• Process and service oriented mind
• Experience in working with contracts, offers or calculations (nice to have)

Your future tasks will be:

• Document verification, distribution and filling of quotations, orders and reports
• Support of Service quotations including supply of information to Service Management
• Billing preparation
• Budget controlling (presales and service PO's)
• Set up, preparation and analysis of reports for the customers
• General administrative tasks
• Provide require information 
• Active communication to related interfaces (Service Management, Sales Teams etc.)
