Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design and build RAG service platform orchestrations including prompt engineering, guardrails, vector databases, API Grounding.

• Prepare proof-of-concept, demo / prototypes, design and execute pilot studies using Generative AI(Large Language Models, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models).
• Work with engineering, platform and product teams and contribute to dataset/document preparation, prompt engineering, customization, training, fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs.
• Work directly with the ML Infrastructure and Platform teams to identify opportunities to further improve and optimize the tools and solutions.
• Collecting, ingesting and preprocessing unstructured or structured data.
• Apply best practices for security, performance, and reliability.

Skills/Requirements:

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Generative AI, Large Language Model.
• Data engineering (especially working with unstructured data)
• Data ingestion/indexing techniques. Search skills and RAG techniques.
• Experience in NLP and Conversational AI.
• Experience in LLM validation, reliability, toxicity/harmfulness avoidance, LLM hallucination.
• Experience with vector DB.
• You can deal with ambiguity, manage complexity, and drive for results; ultimately, taking end-to-end ownership of the outcome.
• PhD/Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Statistics or a related field with relevant work experience.
