Job Description:

Purpose of this job: 

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team who is passionate about using advanced analytics to model, study and predict business outcomes for the World’s top brands. Your role will be to explicate and analyze business and media data to develop models that can quantify the impact of marketing activities on consumer behavior.  

 

Working closely with Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting media-related data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize our media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, measurement, a deep understanding of media platforms, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. 

 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:  

 

  • To play a role in project delivery – from data collection, to analysis to report writing 

  • Responsible for data management and data governance 

  • Influence stakeholders, using your analytical expertise and technical specialism 

  • Develop and implement data models to analyze media performance and audience engagement 

  • Identify patterns and insights from data analysis to inform digital strategy and optimization efforts 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, advertising, and digital media to drive data-driven processes, approaches, and measurement 

 

 

Skills and Experience Required: 

 

We welcome applications from 2 to 5 years’ experience. 
 

Essential qualities 

 

  • BS/BA in Business, Econometrics, Analytics, Marketing, or related discipline 

  • Proven experience in media data analysis, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency 

  • Proficient with web/app analytics platform, such as Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics, to identify actionable insights.  

  • Deep understanding of media landscapes and experience with reporting and insights creation 

  • Strong logic & quantitative, including analytical abilities and mathematical proficiency. 

  • Excellent communication skill and presentation skills to effectively convey data findings and recommendations. 

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Passionate about marketing and analytics 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

 

Additional skills (a bonus, but not a must) 

  • Knowledge of any programming language such as SQL, Python, R 

  • Experience in either one of the following Data visualization tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI 

  • Experience with ads platforms reporting functionality 

  • Experience with digital tracking technologies & tag management platforms.
