Senior Data Analyst/Data Vizualization (Madrid Based, Hybrid Model 3x/week)

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst/Data Vizualization:

Responsibilities
-Direct contact with Business Stakeholders on the whole lifecycle of a Data Analytics solution/requirements
-Gather / Refine Business Requirements
-Understand Business requirements and convert them into Analytical data models
-Design / Build Power BI datasets with all necessary calculations to support
-Design / Implement Power BI Reports, Dashboards, and Visualizations for Business use cases
-Design / Deliver Training to End Users on exploration of Power BI Reports / Dashboards and Ad-Hoc analysis of Datasets
-Support QA Engineers during the SIT Testing Phase on the Testing environment and responsible for Production deployment
-Support the Team in solving Production environment issues with existing Data Analytics Assets
-Main responsible for the Documentation effort of the technical solutions implemented (at User Story level / Data Catalog level)

Role Description Skills
- Expert in Analytics use cases Relational Database Data Modelling / Dimensional Modelling 
- Expert in Microsoft Power BI (Power Query M, DAX, Dataset modeling, Reports, and Dashboards design) 
- Expert in Data Analysis / SQL Programming 
- Sound Knowledge UX / UI Design for Analytics Solutions 
- Git & CI/CD (multi-branch approach) 
- Fluent in English (Writing, Reading, Speaking) 
- Team worker - Delivery-focused mindset 
- Experience in working within Agile Teams 
- Ability to articulate conversations with Business Stakeholders beyond the technical level discussion of the user stories 
- Able to design technical solutions to address business requirements - Preacher profile on Data Analytics

Mandatory Skills
- Data Analytics modeling (Dimensions and Facts) 
- Requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder management 
- PowerBI reporting

Required Experience
- 5+ years working on Analytics / Data Visualization.
- Exposure to Data projects within the domains of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis or Asset Portfolio Management.
