This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of JPMorgan Digital Client Support team that is responsible for enhancing and modernizing Client Experience to improve Client satisfaction, unlock capacity / create operational efficiency in the team by reducing client issues and create self-help capabilities.

As a Business Analyst II (Senior Associate) within JPMorgan Digital Client Support team, you will be responsible for Data Analytics and Project Management.  It provides significant opportunity to collaborate with various Technology, Business, Operations and Transformation teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics and Reporting
    • Leverage a variety of analytical applications (Excel, ServiceNow Reporting, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx etc.) to describe, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.
    • Produce reporting (using strategic and tactical solutions) from large data sets to be leveraged by all levels within DCS and its partners.
    • Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions through use of data.
    • Gather information from various sources to capture current status - identify and interpret patterns and trends, assess data quality and eliminate irrelevant data.
    • Deep dive on analysis of data across different business units that would represent all the different representations of the data.
    • Identification of discrepancies around data, recommend solutions to standardize.
    • Develop data driven insights into Client Service, including historical comparison, global variability, future trends and understanding of key drivers.
    • Research, learn and promote the latest tools in the Analytics and Intelligent Automation space to peers.
  • Project Management
    • Analyse, define, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements for development and commercialisation of target state products, processes and technology to meet the firm’s business objectives.
    • Utilize project management best practices to track book of work priorities, communicate updates, and manage projects to successful completion; explain data concepts & challenges clearly to non-technical stakeholders. 
    • Support defining of Objectives & Key Results (OKR), identify right data set to measure it and provide regular update to Management.
    • Perform impact analysis for business initiatives to determine technical or operational process change for key business groups.
    • Performs requirements analysis, and prioritizing based on business needs.
    • Facilitates communication between Operations, Technology and Transformation stakeholders.
  • Presentation, Structuring, and Storyboarding
    • Create visually appealing, persuasive, effective presentations in a timely manner.
    • Possess passion to enhance presentation proficiencies by utilizing learning & development opportunities and tools.
    • Articulate and document process flows including customer interactions, operations interventions, end to end flows and data handoffs to identify creative and timely solutions to key program challenges.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • BS / MS degree in a quantitative, management, business administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Management, MIS, Business Intelligence, and / or Analytics roles.
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior management consulting experience preferred.
  • Expertise in Excel / Tableau and experience on working with RPA tools like UI Path will be added advantage.
  • Proven analytical aptitude, including ability to mine and analyze large, complex data set.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Structured thinker and effective storyteller that can present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way.
  • Expertise in creating Power Point decks and presenting to senior management. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards with limited supervision.
  • Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.
  • Ability to build partnerships and work in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A track record in managing ambitious strategic and operationally complex projects delivered by cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with Design Thinking framework, lean start up and familiarity with user-centered practices, UX design and product ideation.
  • Must be curious, hardworking and detail-oriented, and motivated by complex problems.
