Company Description

LVMH Beauty Division has been created few years ago to support each Perfumes and Cosmetic Houses development.

Total 15 houses including prestigious one as Perfumes Christian Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy.

In this LVMH Beauty Division, a dedicated team to Travel Retail business, has been assigned to develop and to bring to Travel Retail customers a unique client experience with each one of our Maison’s DNA.

All Houses are driven by the same values: a quest for excellence, creativity, innovation, and perfect mastery of their image.

LVMH Beauty division to support Houses business development is implementing new IT tools to follow key business KPIs at Retail, sell out, sell in and P&L levels.

Job Description

Opportunities & Exposure

  1. Set up and maintain BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources.
  2. Manage end-to-end analyses; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyse data, interpret patterns and trends for helping the decision making related to stock evolution and opportunities, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful automated reports
  3. Automate and validate newly created reports and develop corrective actions to improve data integrity and quality. Reports can go from Supply to Merchandising topics.
  4. Analyse existing reports and optimize them for standardization across the company.
  5. Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting for APAC region.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • On track to graduate from bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another analytical field.
  • Adept at the use of BI reporting tools such as Tableau, Board, Power BI, Cognos Analytics, SAP BusinessObjects
  • Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings. Must be extremely detailed oriented.
  • Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, or R)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
